✅ Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Transfer Issue: If we are unable to complete the domain transfer due to a technical or registrar-related problem on our end.
• Change of Mind (Before Transfer): If you decide to cancel your purchase before the domain transfer process has started, we can issue a full refund.

❌ Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• If the domain has already been successfully transferred to your registrar account.
• If the domain transfer process has been completed and verified by both parties.
• If cancellation is requested after the domain ownership has changed hands.

⏳ Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
